Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for digital solutions integration across various platforms.

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of digital platforms, facilitating user adoption and maximizing system capabilities.
• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of digital platforms and technologies to streamline and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the use of digital tools and systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, utilizing an analytical mindset to make data-driven recommendations.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital solutions for logistics and freight forwarding, adapting strategies to meet changing business requirements.
• Contribute to Data Governance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry, with a strong track record of working with TMS, WMS, CRM and Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in software applications and systems, including Cargowise One
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field will be valued.
