This professional will be responsible for:
Contact clients in the portfolio, as well as follow up on sales leads from agents.
Gather and record customer requirements to provide an appropriate service solution according to their needs.
Ensure that all technical elements, whether requested by the client, or not, but important for their clarification, are provided in the proposals sent or during sales meetings.
Collect, analyze, and record all expressions of customer dissatisfaction, and in collaboration with the supervisor and the Quality Manager, assist in their analysis and resolution.
Collaborate with auditors during Management System audits concerning the scope of your area.
Select suppliers from the approved supplier list based on customer needs.
Establish the documentation process in accordance with legal and contractual procedures.
Enter all information related to the shipment into the company’s internal system – CW1.
Follow up on the services.
Complete the operational cycles.
Ensure that client billing and associated costs align with the amounts previously budgeted by the sales department.
Requirements and Desired Profile:
Higher education is not mandatory but is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Turkish speaker.
Good knowledge of English.
Strong communication skills.
Negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented.
DGR certification
